There are lots of screen capture programs, but this is a tool designed to take a snapshot of information that you have on the screen into a window so you can save it and move it to a convenient spot and see it while you are working with another application. Problem: You have encountered the problem of trying to work in a program and you need to look at information that is in another window and its very difficult to go back and forth trying to see the information. You cant just use cut and paste because it won't work in this situation. Solution: A window that can take a snapshot of a section of your screen and save it in a window that stays on top of everything so you can so you can see it while you are working in the other program. There are lots of screen capture programs around, but no others are specifically made to solve this problem. Save those pop-up boxes and anything you can see on the screen. It also has the features of regular screen capture programs: print, save to file, send by email, save to clipboard. 1. The PictureNote window is a frame that has a completely transparent working area. You can drag it over other windows and everything behind it will show right through it. You will drag the window over other windows and take a snap shot. When you press the Snap Shot Button on the caption bar, the part of the screen that is showing through is now captured in the PictureNote window. The PictureNote window stays on top so you can always see it.
