CNC
Setup Sheets
Now you don't have to create and maintain a separate sheet
of tool list information and instructions. You ca keep all
that data in the NC program itself.
When changes are
made to the NC program online at the machine or offline,
affecting tool numbers, offsets, descriptions, and
instructions. The tool-list instructions can be extracted
and printed anytime later from the NC program.
The NC program is
always the final word on the tool list and process - all
other sheets you maintain are probably out of date. Why not
keep all the information in the NC program itself that can
be maintained by the people that are using it.
Free
for users of Inplot
InList requires
Inplot version 1.1.0.7 or newer installed on your computer
to run. Works with the evaluation version.
InList extracts data from the NC program by looking for
strings of characters that you define. The printed format is
user configurable too.
When you are ready
to run a part program you can print out a new tool
list/instructions that you know is up to date.
- InList can be installed on the Inplot Plug-in menu.
- InList can be started with a filename parameter on the
command line for use with your own custom software.

Settings for
Extracting Data
Uses search strings to extract data from the NC
program. If you maintain a consistent format in your NC
files it will be easy to print out a Toollist/Setup Sheet.

Printed
Setup Sheet
The default printed style for a milling tool list looks
like this.

Design
the Printed Page
For the printed format you can move things around to
where you want them. Add bitmaps and graphic files..
