Gage Check Out Gage Control
Gage Check Out
A full screen display makes it easy for the operators to check out their own gages. The display shows all active gages with Serial Number, Description and Type of gage. In order to check out a gage, you must choose an operator name from the dropdown list, highlight the gage, and press the Out arrow. The list shows what gages are already checked out with easy to see icon and shows the name of the operator that checked it out. A Search/Filter box helps the operator to find the gage he is looking for. The list can be sorted by any column. Gage Check-In A separate program is used for the Gage Check-In. This way you can have different terminals around the shop for Check In and Check Out.
Gage Check In
Gage Log Optionally, you can have all of these use a central Gage Log database that a running log is saved every time a gage is checked in or checked out. A separate viewer program is available for viewing this log database. Settings
There are settings for the paths to the Gages database file (the same one Gage Control uses) and optionally, the path to Gage Log database, if used. The list of user names you can put in here show up in the dropdown list on the main screen. This way the operator doesn’t even have to type in his name. It is connected to the same Access database that Gage Control uses which can be anywhere on the local network. Auto Refresh If this is checked, all the Check-In and Check-Out programs that are on different computers on the same network will be updated whenever something is changed. When a gage is checked out it will appear on any Check-In programs that are running on the network. This may not work if Check-In and Check-Out programs are on the same computer, but you can always use the refresh button whenever you need a up to date display. Price: None. These programs are included in your Gage Control license. Download Here:
