The Inplot Windows

The Inplot program consists of two separate window areas. The edit window is a text editor where you edit your NC code. The plot window is where the code is plotted.

The toolbars around the windows can be move or deleted according to user preference. Most of the toolbar buttons are duplicated in the menus

Choosing Machine Format.

Since Inplot can plot programs made for either Lathe or Milling you need to choose which Format you need to plot the program.

The machine type along with all the other possible Inplot options are stored in the separate Format Files. Inplot comes with some example machine format files on the menu, but these can be changed and any number of additional formats can be created and added by the user.

The one we picked here is for a Lathe.
