There are a number of Utilities on the Main Menu.

Let's use the Shift NC Utility

We can enter any address we want to change. Then enter a value to add to it. We can do three addresses at a time. To subtract from the address, enter a negative number.

If we highlight a section of lines in the editor, it will only change those lines. Otherwise, it works down from the cursor position.
