Saving Toolpath to CAD file

The plotted toolpath can be saved to the CAD file.

If Configuration - Screen - Temporary Toolpath is NOT checked, the toolpath is always drawn on the screen as CAD elements and will be saved along with the CAD drawing. So normally, this will be done automatically when you use Save or Save As..

If you only want to save the CAD drawing and not the plotted toolpath, all you have to do use the erase toolpath button before saving.

Since the plotted toolpath is CAD elements, the Analyze feature can be used on them and  can even jump to the line in the editor that made it.

If the CAD file with the saved toolpath is loaded in later, the toolpath can still be erased with the Clear Toolpath Button because it is still on the toolpath layer.

If Configuration - Screen - Temporary Toolpath IS checked then the toolpath will never be saved with the CAD drawing when you do Save or Save As.

The drawing will be saved in the format that CAD Type menu item is currently set at.
